Author and Presenter, Darlene Taylor, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in guiding individuals through self-discovery, growth, and education. She holds an MSW from the University of Cincinnati and has served as a licensed social worker and therapist for a decade. Additionally, Darlene was a Women and Gender Studies professor at the same institution for twelve years.

Darlene's expertise extends to fostering diversity and inclusion as a licensed Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Administrator, helping organizations build intercultural competence and teamwork.

She is also a Gallup® certified strengths coach, aiding individuals in harnessing their natural talents to achieve personal and professional success. Her work as a certified enneagram practitioner delves into human behavior, enabling individuals to understand their core motivations and promote personal growth.

Beyond her psychological expertise, Darlene holds certifications as a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach, emphasizing holistic well-being.
