Our core team is made up of real people who have a passion for supporting our customers in all stages of their learning journey!

Launi Sheldon

Founder & CEO
Launi has over 20 years experience as a family law attorney, mediator, parenting coordinator, and a judge pro tem. 

Steve Sheldon

FOUNDER & CEO
Steve is a retired Maricopa County Superior Court Judge and has over 40 years experience as a judge, family law attorney, mediator, and parenting coordinator. 

Thomas Johnson

Sr. Instructional Designer and Learning Architect
Thomas has over 25 years of experience in teaching, training, and coaching including a bachelors in secondary education and a masters degree in learning design and technologies from Arizona State University.

Brittany Johnson

Sr. Dir. of MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 
Brittany has over 25 years of experience in marketing and customer service from her time working in the food service industry, property management, network marketing. She also holds a bachelor's degree in communications and exercise sciences from Arizona State University.

Jaiden Jones

OFFICE SUPPORT
Jaiden is currently pursuing an engineering degree and supports our staff with essential operations.

Cody Jones

SR. TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
Cody has over 10 years of experience in the field of IT, coding, and programming, including a bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on software development from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
